The situation
Wednesday 22 April 2026, week 6, 10:00. Rafael chairs the pilot planning meeting. Tom, Mei, Viktor and Joan are there. You present the plan: Joan, Dev and Priti use the assistant on all new exceptions, all four types, from Wednesday 6 May, with late deliveries the first slice measured. At 10:40 Rafael says "I think we're all aligned."
They are not. Four people leave with a concern they did not say out loud. Lesson 2 was about what you send; this one is about what you receive, traced through that one meeting (simulated, like everything at Harbourline).
