What you are building

MSG-3104 THROUGH THE ASSISTANT MSG-3104 £1,900 ask gate register triage model facts £500 rule answer cites HD-06 a clerk decides review_queue.json release gate eval_report.json
The finished assistant: your code (blue) wraps every model call (amber), the hostile email (red) ends in front of a clerk (green), and a release gate decides whether the version ships.

The two lessons built the claims triage assistant one part at a time. This lab joins them into the version Harbourline would run in the pilot from Wednesday 6 May 2026: every outbound call passes the model register and the redaction gate, each email is triaged as data, the shipment and the money are checked in code, the policy answer cites the procedure it used, and every proposal waits for a named clerk. A release gate built from the clerks' own labels decides whether a change may ship. The running example is MSG-3104 from Pinder & Sons, the email that asks for £1,900 without review. The lab leaves two files in the repository's triage/ folder: review_queue.json and eval_report.json. All the data is simulated.
