The situation
Wednesday 25 March 2026, week 2. On Friday Rafael and Carol agree the problem statement. Nadia wants one page from you first: "What does this business care about, in its own words?"
You have shadowed Joan and found her hidden rules. You still cannot read her notes without help. Take HF-88207: desk frames for Atlas Office Furniture, delivered bent on 6 March. Dev's row is red and says "DV 6500 so above cap, needs Tom. waiting on photos". Every word in that note is business: a term, a sum of money, a rule, a person with a target. This lesson reads that one row until you understand all of it.
