The situation

Wednesday 27 May 2026, week 11. Helen Marsh has owned the project since yesterday. She forwards a line from Carol: "Larkfield must add working days to the product by the end of June, or it goes in the renewal review."

Behind it sits a real gap. Larkfield Assist counts lateness in calendar days; Harbourline's policy counts working days. In Lesson 1 you built WorkingCalendar, but the product has no place to plug it in, so since week 5 a patched file in a harbourline branch has hidden the gap. Tomorrow you meet Ines Varga, who decides what goes into the product. On 5 June Mei inherits the branch.

WEEK 11 TO HANDOVER Mon 25 May bank holiday Tue 26 May HF-90233 late Wed 27 May Carol's demand Thu 28 May call with Ines Fri 5 Jun Mei inherits
A bank holiday, a late delivery, Carol's demand (red, pressure), the call with Ines and the handover to Mei (blue, the planned path) all fall within eleven days.
