The situation
Friday 15 May 2026, week 9. On Tuesday, St Mary's emailed about HF-91318, a late delivery. The pilot typed it correctly as late, then put it in the routine queue, and the reply went out on Thursday. No money was owed, but a hospital waited two days.
Carol asks: "Did the AI do this, and will it do it again?" Tom ran the same email twice in a demo and got two answers. Viktor asks which model read a hospital's email, where, and who keeps it. This lesson answers all three with that email, MSG-5521.
