Is a plan a subscription?
No. A plan is one payment for 12, 24 or 48 months, or for life. Nothing renews by itself and we never charge you again unless you choose to.
Which plan should I pick?
Essentials if you want every course, project and interview kit. Pro if you also want hands-on practice as the labs launch. Mentor if you want a person in your corner: live mock interviews, feedback, resume review and career guidance.
What does lifetime mean?
Access for as long as PracticAI runs, to every course, project and interview kit, new ones included. Practice labs come with monthly fair-use limits when they launch. Live sessions are not part of lifetime.
What is marked coming soon?
The AI/ML, Python + DSA and AI system design practice labs, interview readiness assessments and the personalized roadmap. They open for Pro and Mentor at no extra cost when they launch. We do not promise a date.
How do Mentor sessions work?
Mentor includes 6, 10 or 18 live sessions of 30 minutes. Ask for one from your plan page with a topic and the times that suit you, and we reply with a time and a meeting link. Use them any time before the plan ends.
Can I move up later?
Yes. Moving to a higher plan, or to lifetime, starts the new plan that day, and what is left of your current plan counts toward its price.
What happens when my plan ends?
Plan access closes. Your progress, notes and certificates stay, and anything you bought on its own stays open. We email you a week before.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of buying a plan, from your account page. The full rules are in the plan terms.
