What you are building

Friday 10 July 2026. Nadia has an account review on Monday and asks for "the commercial file": one place that follows Harbourline from Ben's sales calls to the renewal on 27 February 2027. The lessons each took one question. This lab joins them into six pieces kept as data, each with a check in plain Python: the promises and what became of them, the signed SOW tested for acceptance, the margin replayed from a log of unplanned days, Carol's board page, the renewal signals, and one expansion you would put your name to.

There is no model call. Every step is arithmetic and record keeping that a busy week gets wrong. All Harbourline and Larkfield figures are simulated, and they are the module's figures: nothing new is invented except where a line says so.
