The situation
It is Thursday 17 September 2026. On Tuesday Nare saved her draft "Nap study consent form". Today her assistant proposes saving "Consent form draft 2", a near-duplicate. Only Nare knows whether she wants two drafts.
Priya asks the assistant to pull her "sleep" references from Zotero, her reference manager. That needs her Zotero API key, and a key typed into a chat lands in the model's context and the host's logs. Both tools need a person halfway through a call.
