Lab: Package the notes server and test it

What you are building

NOTES_ASSISTANT/ (THE PACKAGE) store.py Module 1 unchanged config.py Settings check_settings server.py build_server(store) main(), version 0.5.0 m05_reindex _server.py m05_lab.py started as a host would m05_inspector .json, local only 5 test files, 20 tests, no key later modules import notes_assistant.server
The lab moves the package into the repository (blue), adds the reindex, a host-style launch script and an Inspector file (grey, local only), and holds it with twenty keyless tests (green).

It is Monday 21 September 2026, week 3. The four lessons built the package in a scratch folder, m05-work. This lab moves it into your notes-assistant repository so Module 6's host, Tomas's reindex button and every later module can import it: notes_assistant/config.py, notes_assistant/server.py, examples/m05_reindex_server.py, a script that starts the server the way a host does, an Inspector file, and five test files that need no key. The running example stays Nare's search for "nap study", which must find lab-sync-2026-09-02 first, however the server is started.

From here on, later modules build on notes_assistant.server, not on examples/m03_server.py or examples/m04_server.py. Step 3 lists exactly what that changes.
