The situation

Monday 14 September 2026, week 2. Nare types "What was decided at the last lab sync?" and expects the assistant to open the lab sync note. Priya suggests a second tool, find_meeting_notes, "so the model finds meetings faster". Before anyone adds it, four questions. Will the name survive every host and model API? What does the tool promise about side effects, and should the host believe it? Does the description tell a model when to choose it? How would you know the change helped? Nare's question runs through all four.
