What you need first

• Module 1: the returns_desk/ package and tests with pytest.
• Module 3: the eight tools in returns_desk/tools.py, make_failure_safe_tools, TOOL_DEFS and call.
• Module 5: the agent loop, and Lesson 3's SQLite checkpointer.
• What an embedding is, at the level of the AI Engineering course. Basic SQL.
