The situation
It is Tuesday 19 May 2026, week 6, the day before the first unattended run. Marta has a question about R-1001: Aisha Rahman is returning order 5521, the RoboSweep X2 robot vacuum, and the refund is $129.00. "Above $100 it waits for me. What does the agent do while it waits? I might not look until Thursday."
Priya has a second question. "If I see it doing something wrong, I press stop. Does it actually stop?" This lesson answers both: a run that pauses for a person, survives a restart, and stops when told.
