The situation

It is Wednesday 27 May 2026, week 7. Request R-1006 is back in the test queue: Aisha Rahman writes again about her RoboSweep robot vacuum, order 5521. "Sending again in case you missed it."

Dev has a plan: "Put everything in one vector store. Help centre, orders, past runs. One search tool." Priya is not sure. "The agent needs to know it already started this return on R-1001, what it told her, and what the policy says. That is an id, a database row and a sentence. Is similarity search the way to find them?"

This lesson gives the agent other ways to look things up, and a way to show where each fact came from.
