The situation
It is Tuesday 2 June 2026, week 8, day two of shadow mode. Overnight the agent proposed a $129.00 refund for Aisha's robot vacuum, R-1001.
Marta asks: "What did that run cost, and why did it take so long?" Priya asks: "When it decided on $129, what had it seen?" The simulator's audit trail lists what the systems did: an order read, a return created. It says nothing about the model's calls, tokens, timings or inputs.
This lesson records all of that for every run, and traces R-1001 from start to finish.
