The situation
Week 9. Joel wants Cases split into an HR agent, an IT agent and a supervisor. Gareth asks what one agent with all eight tools would cost instead. Leila asks whose permissions a subagent uses; Ana, who pays for which agent. Tallis's IT team runs its own procurement agent (fictional, added in this lesson) that Cases would call.
The running example is Tallis task C007, "My laptop screen is cracked, please arrange a replacement.", beside the other five Tallis tasks.
