The situation
Week 5 at Northdesk. Intake turns every upload into a raw file, rows, chunks and vectors, and today all of it sits in one vector database. Leila asks two questions: why could Ask still quote Tallis Retail Group's replaced leave policy, and if a tenant asks for a document to be deleted, can anyone prove every copy is gone?
The running example is Tallis's 2026 annual leave policy, t-tallis-d002 (30 days), which supersedes the 2025 policy, t-tallis-d001 (29 days).
