The situation
Week 8. On 5 October 2026 Quinn Iqbal, in Tallis Retail Group's IT team, reported a cracked laptop screen through Cases (ticket TCK-0412, added in this lesson), asked about leave and said he likes short answers. On 12 October he asks "Any news on my laptop replacement?" and Ask has forgotten everything.
