The situation
On Friday 9 October Ellie Shaw sends Hollin Answers four messages: is her E7 fault covered, where is her blender, what would a new jar and a blade assembly cost with delivery, and thank you.
Module 6's search would search the documents for all four. Only the first is a document question: her repair's status is in the case database, a total needs arithmetic, and "thanks" needs nothing. Grace wants a step that decides where each message goes; Owen wants to know what it costs. The Hollin data is simulated.
