The situation
Grace tried Lesson 2's hybrid search with her staff login on the question that started the project: "how many years is the X300 Pro motor covered for" (q02). First came ticket tkt-30501, where an agent quoted the archived "2 years". The current terms came second.
Similarity cannot fix that: the ticket really is about the question. This lesson decides what happens after fusion. The Hollin data is simulated.
