The situation
It is Wednesday 22 July 2026, week 8. The refund agent runs on the money tickets and every step is traced. Tomasz, the platform engineer, proposes a team instead: an orchestrator that reads the ticket and two workers, one for billing and one for the help centre.
Maya asks two questions. Is the team better than one agent on Ana's duplicate charge, T-1001? And when either design writes a good reply, how do you know it got there safely? This lesson answers both, on the same ticket.
