The situation

It is Monday 24 August 2026, week 13. Tomasz wants to try a cheaper model for triage, and you find the provider written by hand in five files. Anika asks where a ticket's text goes: Feldmann Architekten's contract promises EU processing.

The running example is two duplicate-charge tickets: T-1001 from Ana Duarte of Ardent Design, and T-1017 from Jonas Feldmann. By the end, one function decides which model may see each. The EU clause is simulated and added in this lesson.

SAME TASK, DIFFERENT DATA RULES T-1001 Ana Duarte, W-201 no clause T-1017 Jonas Feldmann, W-203 EU processing clause both: duplicate charge, triage needed
Two tickets ask for the same thing, but T-1017's workspace has an EU-processing clause (amber, a constraint), so its text may go fewer places.
