The situation

It is Wednesday 24 June 2026, week 4. Lena flags T-1004, from Yuki Sato at Studio Nami: "I bought the annual Team plan 20 days ago and we have decided not to use Quillpath. Can I get my money back?" It asks for money, which sounds like billing, but it ends the plan, and the written definitions call that cancellation.

Ravi says "show it examples". Tomasz says "tell it it is a world-class expert". Maya wants numbers first. This lesson measures six techniques on the 24 dev tickets and follows T-1004 through each.

T-1004, Yuki Sato annual plan, 20 days ago "decided not to use Quillpath" "Can I get my money back?" billing? refund that keeps the plan cancellation ends a paid plan
T-1004 asks for money but ends the plan, so Quillpath's written definitions make it cancellation (green, correct), not billing (grey).
