The situation

It is Monday 26 October 2026, project week 8. In Module 3 you underlined entities for Dev. He still types each booking into the workshop diary by hand: who, which bike, which service, which day, which phone.

His first example is TW-M0398, from Hannah, received on 22 April 2026: "I'd like to book the Basic Service for my Volt 2. Is £2,199 still the price? Any day after May 6th works." (simulated data). This lesson turns it into one checked record, then scores the method on every English booking in the inbox.

TW-M0398, FROM HANNAH I'd like to book the Basic Service for my Volt 2. Is £2,199 still the price? Any day after May 6th works. call me on +44 7700... Cheers, Hannah customer Hannah phone 07700 900939 bike Volt 2 service Basic Service date 2026-05-06 quoted £2,199
Dev wants each booking message (amber: free text, uncertain) turned into one card with the same six fields (blue: the record your code builds).
