Plan terms

What a plan is

A plan is one payment for a fixed length of access: 12, 24 or 48 months, or lifetime for Essentials and Pro. It is not a subscription: nothing renews by itself and we never charge you again without you choosing to.
Every plan opens every course, hands-on project and interview kit on PracticAI for its whole length, including anything we publish during that time, with course completion certificates and progress tracking.
Free courses and articles stay free for everyone, with or without a plan.
Buying a course or kit on its own is still available, and anything you buy that way is yours to keep, plan or no plan.

Essentials: all AI courses, hands-on projects and interview kits, new courses and projects, certificates and progress tracking.
Pro: everything in Essentials, plus the AI/ML Practice Lab, Python + DSA Practice, AI System Design Practice, interview readiness assessments and a personalized learning roadmap.
Mentor: everything in Pro, plus live 30-minute sessions with an expert for mock interviews, personalized interview feedback, resume review and career guidance: 6 sessions with 12 months, 10 with 24 months, 18 with 48 months. Mentor is not sold as lifetime.

Lifetime means for as long as PracticAI offers the service. It covers every course, project and interview kit, new ones included, with certificates and progress tracking, and for Pro the practice features listed above.
Practice labs and other features that run code or AI models for you come with monthly fair-use limits, shown in the product before they apply. They are not unlimited compute.
Live sessions are not part of any lifetime plan; they can be bought one at a time.
If PracticAI ever stops offering the service, we will give lifetime members at least 90 days' notice.

Features marked coming soon on the plan cards (today: the three practice labs, interview readiness assessments and the personalized learning roadmap) are part of the plans that list them and open at no extra cost when they launch.
We do not promise a launch date. If a coming-soon feature was the main reason you bought, you can ask for a refund within the refund window below.

The price you pay is locked for the length you bought. If we raise prices later, it does not change what you paid or what your plan includes.
We will keep adding courses, kits, projects and features. New content in a category your plan covers is included. Brand-new kinds of feature may be added to some plans only, or offered separately, and the plan cards will always say which.
Prices for new purchases and renewals may change over time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

For a fixed-length plan we email you a week before it ends. Renewing the same plan starts the day your current one ends, so you lose no days. One renewal can be queued at a time.
You can move up to a higher plan, or move your plan to lifetime, at any time while it is active. The new plan starts that day for the length you choose, and what you paid for the share of your current plan still to run counts toward its price.
Moving down to a lower plan is not possible while a higher one is active; choose it when your plan ends.
When a fixed-length plan ends, plan access closes. Your progress, notes and certificates stay on your account, and courses you bought on their own stay open.

A live session is 30 minutes, one to one, online: a mock interview, interview feedback, resume review or career guidance, with personalized feedback.
Mentor includes 6, 10 or 18 sessions for 12, 24 or 48 months. Use them any time while your plan is active; sessions not used by the end of the plan lapse.
A session bought on its own costs the price shown on the plans page, needs no membership, and must be booked within 90 days of buying it.
You ask for a session from your plan page with a topic and the times that suit you. We reply within two working days with a time and a meeting link.
To move a booked session, reply to the booking email at least 24 hours before. If we have to cancel, the session comes back to your account. A session missed without notice counts as used.

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying a plan, from your account page. A refund closes the plan; courses you bought separately are not affected.
A session bought on its own can be refunded any time before it takes place.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 7 working days of being issued.

A plan is for one person. Sharing an account, or copying and redistributing course material, can lead to the plan being closed without refund.
Features that cost us per use, such as practice graded by an AI model, may carry a monthly fair-use limit on every plan, lifetime included; the limit is shown in the product.

The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. See the plans for what each one includes, and the refund policy for courses bought on their own.
