Cost, latency and the DPDP mapping

Produce the two tables an engineering lead and a privacy officer each need, then write the README as a product spec around them. The artifacts are reports/bench.json, the cost table, the DPDP mapping table and a README someone can read in two minutes.

Try first

Without measuring, write down what you think the p95 latency of hybrid is on your laptop, and what you would quote a product manager as the cost of running it on 2 million messages a month. Then write down the one clause of the DPDP Act, 2023 you would cite if asked "why do we need this at all".
